0 0
Read Time:2 Minute, 48 Second

Great news – putting your eyeshadow on correctly really isn’t difficult at all. It really is just a matter of finding the right technique and your personal style. Don’t worry if it takes a few tries to get it right. Check out these tips:
Your makeup is as important to your finished look as the clothing you wear, in fact, it can actually be more important. We’ve all spotted women who didn’t have a clue how to apply their eye shadow. But we’ve also seen women who know how to apply it properly and they look put together and beautiful. Don’t you want to be one of those women? Of course – and we are going to give you some top tips so you can do just that.

Eye Shadow – Top 12 Tips On How To Apply It Perfectly
1. Always apply a base coat on your eyes just as you do to the rest of your face. Loose power works or you can apply your foundation to the eye area. It gives a nice even palette to work with.
2. Blend, blend and then blend some more. I can’t stress this enough. Try an experiment. Blend one eye and then just use a brush and apply the other eye. You’ll instantly know what I’m talking about, and you’ll never forget to blend again.
3. If you want dramatic eyes, take your eye shadow brush, dip it in water, and then into the shadow, then apply. It will give you a much deeper, dramatic color.
4. If you have blue eyes, wear purple, violet, taupe, gray, deep blue, and black. Funky colors include fuchsia, turquoise, and silver.
5. If you have green eyes, wear purple, plum, forest green, brown, and khaki.
Funky colors include light green, gold, and bright purple.

6. If you have brown eyes, wear champagne, copper, brown, apricot, khaki, and beige. Funky colors include royal blue, tangerine, hand hot pink.
7. Everyone can wear navy, powder blue, and charcoal. Fun colors include silver.
8. Apply a lighter shadow in the inner corner of the eye to reflect and make your eyes look younger.
9. If you want your eyes to appear larger, use a light color on the inner corner, and a darker shade in the middle of the eye area.
10. Practice until you get the application of your eye shadow down to a science. When you get good, your makeup will look more natural and more polished.
11. Apply your dark shadow only to the eyelids from the lash line to the crease in the eyelid. Apply your medium shadow from just below the eyelid crease to the brow bone.
12. Highlight along the brow bone. Doing it this way will make your features stand out naturally and beautifully.

So there you have it. With these top tips you now know how to apply your eyeshadow so you will look your best.
Remember that while you’re practicing all these steps, you should take notice of what works best for you. Practice by yourself, or practice with a friend if you find it easier to ask someone else’s opinion.

So go for it and get gorgeous right away!

10 Steps to Clearer Skin

At some stage in all our lives, we want clearer, fresher, younger-looking skin. Well, you can achieve it without dropping a ton of money, and it can happen naturally! What you must do is persevere, and over three weeks, your skin will begin to look fresher and clearer. Here’s how;

  1. Keeping your skin clean is your priority! You must cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle, natural cleanser that not only rids the skin of dirt and grime but then treats it with an antibacterial ingredient like tea tree oil.
  2. After cleansing the skin, pat dry and then spray a fine toning mist over the face to calm and help close the pores while they are clean. Let this mist dry on the face.
  3. When the toner has dried, apply a minimal amount of moisturizer over the entire face and neck. Look for a moisturizer made for problem skin types and contains antibacterial ingredients like tea tree oil and lavender essential oil. These ingredients are gentle but very effective at clearing the skin from blemishes and pimples.
  4. Getting the right amount of restful sleep your body needs nightly will reflect in the state of your skin. Seven hours is generally adequate. Not enough sleep over time will result in problems that are hard to cure, such as loose skin under the eyes and dark circles.
  5. The food you eat is of the utmost importance for healthy, clear skin! Ensure you are getting a good number of fresh fruits and vegetables and limit your red meat intake to three or four times a week. The easily digested foods will help your system keep your skin nourished and promote fresh, new cell growth. Drink lots and lots of water too!
  6. Cleanse the skin on your body and face with a weekly scrub. When using a body scrub, start at your feet and work towards the heart; this helps eliminate toxins. Doing it in the opposite direction will push the toxins back into your system. Use a very gentle facial scrub on your face and neck as these areas can be easily damaged.
  7. Try an Aspirin face mask! This mask has fantastic results on those people with open pores, pimples, and acne. Crush about 15 aspirin tablets to a powder mix to a paste with a bit of water, less than one teaspoon, and then apply to a cleansed face. Leave for twenty minutes to work its way into the skin, and then rinse off and apply a light moisturizer. Try this weekly, after a face scrub.
  8. Once a month, use a home steam treatment to draw out impurities from the face thoroughly. Add boiling water to a basin or bowl and add two drops of tea tree oil. Place your face over this with a towel covering and gently let the steam open and cleanse the pores. Be careful not to let the steam burn your face. Finish with a tepid face wash.
  9. Get out into the fresh air and take a walk, swim in the sea, ride a bike, and have fun! The exercise will boost your system, and your skin will love it.
  10. Take a fish oil supplement daily. Cultures that eat a lot of fish have clearer skin, and the fish oil helps eliminate toxins from the body, and by now, you know that is fantastic for your skin!

These ten easy tips will help you get that clear skin you so desperately want; remember to make the lifestyle changes you need to and enjoy the benefits that will come with it! A fresher, clearer, more youthful-looking complexion.

Eye Contouring

0 0
Read Time:1 Minute, 23 Second
What are girlfriends for if it’s not revealing the secret beauty hack you need to know…like NOW.

You’ve heard of cheek contouring but have you heard of eye contouring? It’s the same idea as contouring your cheekbones and creating an optical illusion with makeup, but with a focus on the eyes. Eye contouring can make your eyes appear wider or smaller, depending on the structure of your face. It really allows you to change the dimension and depths of your eyes with makeup alone!

Trust me, it’s not as difficult as it sounds! All you need is 2-4 neutral tone eye shadows, one lighter than your skin tone, one that matches your skin tone, and two shades that are darker than your skin tone.

Step 1: Prime your eyes and apply a shadow that is slightly lighter than your skin tone to your entire lid.

Step 2: Using a shade that’s slightly darker than your skin, sweep the shade just on the crease of the eyelid and pull the corner into the outer corner of your eye. Think about following the natural curve of the socket of your eye.

Step 3: Sweep that same shade under the lower lash line, from inner corner to outer corner, connecting with the top.

Step 4: Blend the two colors together with the lighter shade you already used.

Step 5: Using a cotton swab, dip it in makeup remover and from the bottom outer corner, cut a sharp edge upwards towards the tail of the brow, making a cat eye effect!

Makeup Tips for Brown Eyes

0 0
Read Time:3 Minute, 35 Second

Brown eyes come in many different shades so let’s look at a kaleidoscope of colors to help us to enhance eye color. Colors opposite each other will be complementary, so will work to brighten each other up.  For example:  Red and green, orange and blue, purple and yellow. Depending on the shade of brown your eyes will determine the shades of eye shadow you may use to brighten the brown which may give you the effect of lightning that you are after, especially if you use colors that shimmer. If your eyes have a yellow tinge, try using an eye shadow with a purple tone.

The next thing you need to consider is the one rule of makeup that will always guide you: Light colors bring out, make larger and highlight.  Dark colors recede, minimize or contour. So with this in mind you could work with dark eyeliner and light eye shadow colors to emphasize your dark chocolate eyes with black liner, mascara, a smudge of pale pink eye shadow, and finish with slightly flushed cheeks and make your lips your signature.  Create lip focus with a red or berry stain. To pull color focus from your eyes, giving the illusion of lighter eyes, go for a deeper shade of lip color.

Dark brown eyes are very versatile when it comes to color accents, and dark brown eyes are such a beautiful feature to have, I would play them up.  Compliment your brown eyes with pale pinks, or accent the brown with gold and deep rusts. Have you tried using eyeliner to add definition? One look is to use one sheer glitter eyeshadow used all over in combination with a softly smudged liner for a more sophisticated look.

I would definitely recommend you have a play with colored eyeliners. Dark brown eyes look stunning lined in shades of plum mix with a pale mauve shadow, aubergine mix with a shimmery light pink shadow, raisin mix with a mushroom soft brown shadow. Just remember to combine with a lighter shadow or your eyes may look more dramatic. There are various methods of using eyeliner.  Pencils are the most versatile eye-defining tools, as you can start softly, blending each layer back if it starts to become too heavy looking. Pencils can be smudged softly, or add depth under an eye shadow for a muted look, or used alone for strongly defined eyes.

Liquid eyeliner is much more dramatic, and can be applied over top of your eye pencil for added intensity, or used under eye shadow to enhance your eye shape. Both of these techniques ensure longwearing eyeliner.

For the most natural way to line your eyes, use a small, firm brush and apply eye shadow as your eyeliner.  Make the most of your dark brown eyes, using soft pinks to really bring them out.  Use brown mascara for day, and a black/brown mascara for evening or special occasions.  Keep eyeliner to a minimum though.  Just use it to softly frame your eyes.  Avoid all black as it tends to be too strong.  Chocolates, deep plums and charcoals smudged into your lashes will do the trick.  You might like to try adding a very subtle contour in a soft mushroom color on your brow bone just above your crease and blend this softly.

On the days you feel like your eyes need a pick-me-up, jazz up your eye make-up a little.  Graduating your eye makeup from at your lash line to your brow will give your eyes more depth.  Use the darkest shade along your lash line, and merge into lighter shades nearer your brow.  Contouring and shading can create the illusion of different eye shapes.  By using dark to minimize and light to make larger, you can play with altering the length and size of your eyes. ?

If you just want to keep it simple, sweep a shimmery pastel shadow all over your lid, curl your lashes, apply 2 to 3 coats dark grey charcoal or dark brown mascara, and add a few individual false lashes on the outer corner of your eyes!

Have fun discovering your new colors.

Skin Care

0 0
Read Time:2 Minute, 19 Second

Facial skincare is more a matter of discipline than anything else. A facial skincare routine is what you need (and you need to follow the facial skincare routine with complete seriousness). So, let’s check what comprises an effective facial skincare routine. Well, very simply, a facial skincare routine can follow the following four steps:

  • Cleansing
  • Toning
  • Exfoliating
  • Moisturizing

Cleansing is the first thing in a facial skincare routine. Cleansing helps remove dust, pollutants, grease, and extra oil from your skin, thereby preventing damage to your skin. Just spot your face and neck with a good cleansing lotion or cream and gently massage it into your skin using upward strokes. Next, use a soft face tissue or cotton wool to wipe your face in a gentle patting fashion (do not rub). Cleansing should be done at least twice a day, i.e., morning (as part of a complete facial skincare routine) and evening (on a standalone basis). Water-soluble cleansers are the best for inclusion in your facial skincare routine.

Toning is the next in a facial skin care routine. However, this is the optional part of the facial skincare routine. Mostly, proper cleansing can compensate for toning. Toning helps remove all traces of dirt, grease, and excess cleanser. Instead of making it part of your daily facial skin care routine, you can use toning occasionally, i.e., when you have been exposed to a particularly harsh environment/pollution.

Exfoliation is, again, kind of an optional step in the everyday routine for facial skincare. However, exfoliation is necessary at least once a week (or twice, depending on the skin type and the environmental conditions). Exfoliation finds its place in the facial skincare routine because of the natural tendency of skin to replenish the skin cells every 3 or 4 weeks. As a facial skincare technique, exfoliation helps in removing the dead skin cells that block the pores, thus assisting the skin in the natural process. However, excessive, or harsh exfoliation can cause damage to your skin, so you need to balance it out.

Moisturizing is the last step. Moisturizing is the most important part of the facial skincare routine. Moisturizers prevent your skin from getting dry. Dry skin is undesirable since it causes the upper layer of skin to break, leading to dead skin cells. Again, use light upward strokes to make the moisturizer more effective. Moisturizers work the best when applied to warm and damp skin. So do not try to remove all the moisture in the previous steps of the facial skincare routine.

Decoding Common Skincare Concerns for Men: A Guide to Healthy and Radiant Skin

0 0
Read Time:2 Minute, 49 Second

Introduction:

In recent years, men’s skincare has gained significant attention as the importance of self-care and grooming has become more widely recognized. Gone are the days when skincare was solely associated with women. Today, men across the globe are embracing the idea of taking care of their skin, understanding that healthy and radiant skin is not limited to any gender. In this article, we will explore some of the common skincare concerns faced by men and provide practical tips to address them effectively.

Acne and Breakouts:

Acne is a prevalent concern for both men and women. Hormonal fluctuations, excessive oil production, clogged pores, and bacterial growth can contribute to acne breakouts. Men often struggle with acne due to higher levels of testosterone, which can lead to increased oil production.

Tips:

  • Cleanse your face twice a day using a mild cleanser to remove dirt, excess oil, and impurities.
  • Avoid scrubbing harshly, as it can irritate the skin and worsen breakouts.
  • Use non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) moisturizers and sunscreen to keep the skin hydrated and protected.
  • Consider incorporating salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide into your skincare routine to target acne-causing bacteria and unclog pores.

Razor Burn and Ingrown Hairs:

Shaving can be a regular part of a man’s grooming routine, but it often comes with the nuisance of razor burn and ingrown hairs. These can cause redness, irritation, and discomfort.

Tips:

  • Always prepare the skin before shaving by washing your face with warm water to soften the hair and open the pores.
  • Use a sharp razor and shave in the direction of hair growth to minimize irritation.
  • Apply a soothing aftershave balm or lotion to calm the skin after shaving.
  • Exfoliate regularly to prevent the buildup of dead skin cells that can contribute to ingrown hairs.

Dryness and Dehydration:

Dry and dehydrated skin is a common concern for men, particularly during colder months or due to environmental factors like sun exposure and harsh weather conditions.

Tips:

  • Use a gentle cleanser that doesn’t strip the skin of its natural oils.
  • Moisturize your skin daily with a hydrating moisturizer to restore and lock in moisture.
  • Drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day to keep your body and skin hydrated.
  • Limit long, hot showers, as they can strip the skin of moisture.

Sun Protection:

Protecting the skin from harmful UV rays is crucial for both men and women. Prolonged sun exposure can lead to premature aging, sunburns, and an increased risk of skin cancer.

Tips:

  • Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to your face and exposed skin before going outside, regardless of the weather.
  • Wear protective clothing, such as hats and sunglasses, to shield your skin from direct sun exposure.
  • Seek shade during peak sun hours, usually between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Conclusion:

Skincare is no longer a concern limited to women; men too can benefit from a well-rounded skincare routine. By addressing common skincare concerns such as acne, razor burn, dryness, and sun protection, men can achieve healthy, radiant skin. Remember, consistency and patience are key when it comes to skincare. Embrace a regular skincare routine that suits your needs and enjoy the benefits of looking and feeling your best every day.

Finding Community in a Lonely World

0 0
Read Time:2 Minute, 24 Second

Today’s world is a paradox. We are constantly connected via smartphones, social media, and the Internet. Yet, we are often lonely, yearning to feel a true sense of community. If this sounds familiar, you might want to heed this advice:

  1. What Are Your Interests and Hobbies? Finding like-minded people begins by knowing who you are. What are your interests? What hobbies do you enjoy? Figuring this out is the perfect first step toward reigniting your sense of community.
  2. Make Specific Plans with Friends We all say, “We need to get together soon!” but that isn’t the same as making concrete plans. Reach out to a friend or two and figure out a specific time and place to meet.
  3. Rediscover Your Spirituality Many different religious and non-religious belief systems naturally encourage a sense of community. Seek out people with similar beliefs and spend time fostering your spirituality amongst like-minded friends.
  4. Join a Support Group Often, loneliness is more apparent when you are struggling with something serious. Consider finding a local support group you can lean on. Spending time with people who understand what you are dealing with is comforting.
  5. Volunteer Volunteering is a win-win solution. You get to meet new people with similar values and help your community. Participating in these opportunities can also bolster your confidence and help your mental health.
  6. Say Yes to Invitations It’s easy to say “no” to invites that push us out of our comfort zone. Maybe it is time to say yes? The next time a friend asks you to hang out, don’t make excuses—say ‘yes!’.
  7. Your Friends Enjoy Hearing from You Many of us hold back from reaching out because we don’t want to annoy our friends. The truth is, most of the time, they eagerly want to hear from us. Reach out to a loved one the next time you have the urge.
  8. Get Out There Don’t let loneliness keep you inside. You don’t need someone else to go out and experience the world. Going out (especially in populated areas) can help remind you that you aren’t alone in this world.
  9. Embrace Technology …Somewhat Yes, technology can contribute to our feelings of loneliness, but it also grants us many ways to stay connected. Keep connected to your loved ones, no matter where they are, with messaging and chat apps.

FAST-ACTION STEPS

  1. List your current hobbies, past ones, and those you’d like to learn. This list can help you figure out new ways to spend your social time.
  2. Call or text a friend and ask them to dinner or some other activity next weekend. Mark it down in your calendar and keep the date.
  3. Make a list of local places you could volunteer. Figure out where you are most needed, and reach out to the organization to learn more.

Network Marketing Monday – Five Stumbling Blocks To Successful Networking And How To Overcome Them

0 0
Read Time:3 Minute, 39 Second

The ability to connect with people is essential to success in any business.  Professional networking events present opportunities to interact with others on a personal level and to develop profitable relationships.  These occasions are critical for anyone who wants to grow a business or promote a career.

Many people are simply not comfortable walking into a room full of strangers and striking up conversations.  Here are five common stumbling blocks that you may face and tips to help you overcome them.

  1. A Reluctance to Talk to Strangers- You were taught at an early age not to speak to people you don’t know. It’s not safe. In certain situations, this is still good advice. In business, however, talking to strangers is a way to generate interest and support for your products and services. If you only talk to the people you already know, you will miss out on opportunities to make new connections and establish valuable contacts. To get past your discomfort in talking to strangers, set a goal for yourself before you attend any networking event. Decide how many new contacts you want to make or how many strangers you want to meet. In some cases, you may specifically target individuals whom you’d like to know. Next come up with some icebreakers or conversation starters. Have questions prepared that you can ask anyone you meet at the event. You may want to inquire about other people’s business, their connection to the sponsoring organization or their opinion of the venue.
  2. Lack of Formal Introduction- It’s much easier to make a new contact when there is someone else to handle the introduction and pave the way. If you wait for another person to make the move you may not meet anyone.  At networking events, the goal is to meet as many people as possible. This is the time to take the bull by the horns, walk up to people you don’t know, introduce yourself and start a conversation. You can do this if you have prepared your self-introduction in advance. You will not introduce yourself the same way on every occasion. Perhaps it is your first time to attend an association meeting. In that case, you might want to say that as part of your introduction. Let people know who you are, why you are there and give them a reason to ask more about you.
  3. Fear of Seeming Pushy- You may think that you will turn people off if you are assertive and that if they want to talk to you, they will make the first move. If this is your line of thinking you will find yourself spending your time alone at the reception or meeting function and leaving without a single new connection.  Being open, friendly and interested does not turn people off. You will not come across as overly aggressive if you seek out the “approachable” people.  These are the ones who are standing alone or who are speaking in groups of three or more.  Two people talking to each other are not approachable because they may be having a private conversation and you would be interrupting.
  4. Thinking Others May Not Like You- There is always the risk that the other person is not interested in you and doesn’t want to meet or talk to you; it happens. If that is the case, don’t take it personally. Nothing ventured is nothing gained. When you get a cold shoulder, smile, move on and say to yourself, “Next?”
  5. Having Your Intentions Misunderstood- Approaching someone of the opposite sex to begin a conversation may seem more like flirting than networking. This is more of an issue for women than men. Women have an equal place in the work arena and need to make professional connections the same as men do. Women in business can no longer afford to hold back when there is opportunity at hand. Neither men nor women will have their motives misinterpreted if they present themselves professionally in their attire and if they keep the conversation focused on business issues or topics that are not personal or private. Whatever your stumbling blocks, face them before the next networking event and devise a personal plan for getting past them.  Once you do, you will find yourself connecting with confidence and courtesy on every occasion and the results will be reflected in your bottom line.

How To Be Your Own Best Friend

0 0
Read Time:2 Minute, 56 Second

A good friend will take you as you are, love you, and encourage you. If you are a good friend, you do the same. Why, then, do we struggle to treat ourselves the same? After all, the longest relationship we will ever have will be with ourselves. It’s time to learn how to be your own best friend with these helpful tips.

  1. Listen to Your Self-Talk Do you talk to your best friend the way you speak to yourself? Listen to what your brain has to say the next time something happens. Often, it will be negative self-talk. It’s time to counter negative self-talk with positivity – just like you’d suggest to your best friend.
  2. Get to Know Yourself Often, people let outside factors affect them and drive their decisions. Spending time to think about your values, likes, and dislikes opens opportunities for self-discovery. You will learn to like and respect yourself for “you” and not worry about what others think.
  3. Don’t Be Afraid to Pat Yourself on the Back When you accomplish a goal or do something you are proud of, relish it for a few minutes. It’s okay to stand back, be proud, and tell yourself what a good job you did. Please take it in and enjoy the feelings.
  4. Take Some “Me Time” What did you tell your best friend the last time they called, saying they were stressed and overwhelmed? You may have told them to take the day off. Why not take your own advice? On those days when you need a reprieve, do what you would tell your best friend to do.
  5. Take Time to Laugh at Yourself One of the best parts of friendship is all the joy and laughter. Don’t be afraid to chuckle at yourself when you do something silly or funny. You are a fun person, so stop taking yourself so seriously.
  6. Accept All of Your Quirks Accept the fact that you have both good and bad characteristics. Your best friend probably has some quirks that drive you crazy, but you love them anyway. Treat yourself with the same care and understanding.
  7. Learn to Enjoy Time Alone One-on-one time with your bestie is often the best part of your day. Why can’t spending time with just yourself feel the same? Go for a hike by yourself. Sit in the park and watch the birds. Spend an afternoon strolling through a museum. Learn to like spending time alone.
  8. What Comforts You? When your best friend has a bad day, you know exactly what to do to comfort them. You know what they like, how to cheer them up. What about you, though? Do you know what comforts you? Do you actively seek this comfort when you need it?
  9. Realize You Are Worthy We spend time with our best friends because we know they are worth it. This is how you should feel about yourself as well. If you don’t feel worthy of love and care, you will never give yourself that.

FAST-ACTION STEPS

  1. Schedule an afternoon for yourself and do something you have always wanted but never found the time or nerve.
  2. Spend a few minutes each day writing down the negative thoughts you had. Next, ask yourself how you could rephrase what you said.
  3. Write down the advice you give your friends for different aspects of their lives. The next time you need some guidance, turn to this list and take action.

AGING WELL

0 0
Read Time:3 Minute, 4 Second

Even though we haven’t discovered the Fountain of Youth, most people still want to live a long and happy life. Once we begin noticeably aging, we are reminded that we have a finite amount of time left. You can worry about this, or you can use this reminder to live your best life. You can enjoy many more years when you take control of your life and health using these nine tips.

  1. Visit Your Doctor and Dentist Regularly Things change as the body ages. You move slower. You may not remember things like you did in your twenties. It’s a great habit to visit your doctor each year for a checkup. Also, remember to see your dentist regularly to ensure you keep your smile for years to come.
  2. Stay Hydrated We all need water; however, older adults run higher risks of dehydration and UTIs. Try to keep water with you at all times and drink it. Eating foods with high water content will help you stay hydrated as well.
  3. Eat Nutrient-Dense, Whole Foods Give your body what it needs to be healthy. A diet full of high-fat products or pre-packed foods does not give your body what it needs to sustain good health. Change up your diet by eating foods that pack loads of nutrients in each bite. Also, increase the whole foods you eat.
  4. Exercise Regularly Stronger bones and muscles decrease your chances of falling, a significant risk for older adults. Cardio exercises help your heart stay strong while lifting weights strengthens your bones and muscles. Also, the movement keeps oxygen running through your brain, keeping it sharp.
  5. Stick to Good Sleeping Habits Your body also needs time to rest and repair itself. Ideally, you should get 6-8 hours of sleep each night. Pick a bedtime and stick to it to get ‘good’ sleep. Create a before-bed routine, including a bath, lowering the thermostat, and darkening the room to give yourself the best opportunity for deep, restful sleep.
  6. Protect Your Skin It’s time to protect your skin—the largest organ you have. Even if you do not plan on being outside for long periods, keep the sunscreen on and wear clothes that breathe but keep the sun’s rays at bay. A hat helps keep the sun off your skin as well.
  7. Stay Connected with Family and Friends Social interaction is another critical factor for keeping your mind sharp and warding off illness, including depression. Look for opportunities to connect with your kids, extended family, and friends. You will enjoy the laughs that will keep you young.
  8. Keep a Positive Outlook There’s much negativity in the world. You don’t have to be part of it, though. Look for ways to find the good in people and circumstances. Try keeping a gratitude journal to note the things you are grateful for and review it often.
  9. Keep On Learning There is no set time that we must stop learning. A commitment to learning is one of the best ways to keep your mind sharp and engaged. Learning new things will make sure you aren’t getting left behind in the past.

  2. Buy a new, reusable water bottle that will keep liquids cold. Carry it with you and aim to drink 64 ounces each day to keep your body well hydrated.
